Please join artist and sound healer, Allison Bragg, and I for a celebration of the New Moon in Pisces on 2/23/20. We will commune with the Spirit of Kava Kava, a root traditionally consumed in the Pacific Islands in ceremonial gatherings, or amongst leaders and elders when important decisions needed to be made within or between tribes. Kava medicine is non-psychoactive, but conscious-shifting. It is said to open the third eye chakra, calms the nervous system, and is a beautiful facilitator for visionary introspection and meditation. We will thus open ourselves to receive the energy of healing crystal sound vibrations.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your yoga mat, and any blankets or props that you may need to be comfortable in a seated or reclined position. Bring water, as herbal medicines such as kava kava can be drying and water is also a beautiful energy conductor which may enhance your sound healing experience.
