Like all spirits, sometimes the plant and fungi spirits call to us when we do not fully comprehend and least expect them. I am often with individuals when these beings call to me, or around them when the thought of an individual arises. In this way, Mother Earth and Her spirits have guided me to help myself and to help others.
I gained my first certification in folk herbalism and plant spirit medicine with celebrated green witch and teacher, Marysia Miernowska, through the California branch of the Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education. I have also studied with “poisonous” plant and fungi educator, Kathryn Solie, and am currently undergoing another year-long herbalism certification in Herbal Alchemy with Sajah Popham at the Evolutionary School of Herbalism.
In the spring of 2021, I began to call in the guidance of a medicine carrier who has devoted most of their life to indigenous medicine traditions and plant/fungi spirit communication, and I continue to work with this person. I have also been honored to support other human guides carrying medicine in the traditions of their own indigenous lineages. As any good earth spiritist will tell you, my most important teachers are the Plants and Fungi themselves.
I offer individualized formulas and recommendations for herbal remedies, flower essences, and plant/fungi spirit guidance as I am approached for these, and am shown the way in energetic healing, intuitive reading, and psychotherapy sessions, as well as sessions dedicated exclusively to plant and fungi medicine consultation.
