Integrative Psychotherapy & Spiritual Coaching

My psychotherapy practice is rooted in the strengths-based perspective. We are all Teachers, and we can all be Healers, of ourselves first and foremost. We all have within us an innate wisdom and knowing to share and to affect positive change.

I specialize in grief and loss, particularly death and dying, and the emotional and spiritual work surrounding other significant transitions, rites of passage, and life cycles. This includes work around the end of life, pregnancy loss, traumatic birthing processes, and plant and fungi spirit medicine integration. I am influenced by ego-psychology, systems, psychodynamic, and attachment theories, as well as the Wise Woman tradition, Hellenistic astrology, ancestral healing, and indigenous wellness rituals from around the world.

Therapy is a collaboration between client and therapist, as we are both practitioners and students in our own rights. My practice is integrative, as we utilize traditional psychotherapy, while incorporating any number of other healing methods and modalities which can support each client’s unique journey.
