Energetic healing sessions are always unique to the individual for whom they are offered. They often consist of a combination of sound, guided meditation, light touch therapy, chakra balancing, shamanic energy healing, and the use of sacred smokes and aromatic oils. Those who enjoy energy healing have described it as an effective medicine for relaxation and stress reduction.
I received my level I Reiki attunement as part of the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy certification program in 2018, and my level II Reiki attunement in 2020 with Reiki Master Elisabeth Robineau. In 2020, I was also initiated into the Way of the Rose by Aruzia Rose, in the tradition of Ishtara Ammuna Rose*. In 2022, I received my Sound Healing Certification through the intensive Level I Crystal Alchemy Training with Professor Jeralyn Glass, music theorist and founder of The Sacred Science of Sound.
